RESERVATIONS / CANCELLATIONS / WALK-INS

Reservations are recommended to guarantee a spot. Classes may be reserved up to one month in advance. Please cancel at least 4 hours in advance or you will lose your class. Unlimited Monthly and 2 week Unlimited Packages will be charged a $10 fee. Cancellations can be done in your profile under your account. We apologize but there are no exceptions. Walk-ins can attend any class if space is available.

NO-SHOWS

If you reserve in advance, please be punctual! Spots will be released to wait list at the start of each class. If you reserve in advance and no-show without cancelling 4 hours in advance, your card will be charged, or you will lose that class.

WAIT LIST

When you attempt to reserve a class that is full, the system will ask if you would like to be put on the wait list. If you answer "yes", you will receive an email if a spot opens up and you will automatically be added to that class. Be sure to cancel, or inform us if you cannot attend so your account won't be charged.
