At Cyclegrind, we ride together as a group and we ride to the beat of the music. All levels are welcome.
Everything is left at the door except the intention to give yourself the best workout of your life. Our instructors will share their playlists, personalities and their strengths to create a workout that is always challenging and fun.
All you need are shoes, (SPD or hard soled tennis shoes), a water bottle, and a positive spirit.
We'll provide the fun.
A total body workout.
We ride our hearts out in the saddle, pick up our hand weights and do an intense upper body segment, and ride again. We do this three times for a perfect 45 minute workout that will make you SWEAT!
Best of both.
An intense 30 minute ride on the bike followed by a 15 minute killer abdominal workout on the floor.
A 30 minute dance party on the bike followed by a 30 minute burn at the barre. This class is one hour. Be prepared to sweat.
30 minutes of strong hard riding followed by a lovely 30 minute yoga sesh. You will leave beautiful in body and mind!
Short on time?
This is a great class for those with places to go. Perfect for your lunch hour.
We just ride.
That’s it. Perfect for cyclists and taught by an avid cyclist himself. Intervals, climbs and drills.
Pronounced (bar) - is a full-body muscle sculpting class incorporating elements of Pilates and ballet using your own body weight, light hand weights, and the ballet bar.
Designed to lengthen, strengthen and tone your body through small movements and isometric contractions that overload the muscles (you’re going to shake!) Not a dance class and no experience required. Great for balance and building a long lean dancer's body! Mats and towels provided.
PILATES / PIYO
Focusing on core strengthening, flexibility, breath and balance. Oh yeah- we work our booties, too! Mats provided or bring your own.
PiYo is the very best Pilates and yoga-inspired moves with cranked up speed to give you full throttle cardio, strength and flexibility training - all at once.
No weights. No jumps. Just hardcore results!

Come join us on our journey into a vinyasa flow style class with mindfulness and integrity. This class is appropriate for all levels, with alignment and safety as it’s goal. Using our breath as an anchor to our movement, we will flow through many diverse moves and balance poses. Come and get inspired and gain confidence and flexibility that will serve you even off the mat and in your lives.
Additionally, I invite you to check out our ZenGrind class that blends our high intensity interval spin class with the last part of class on our yoga mat. Elongating, stretching, and centering ourselves when our muscles are warm and very responsive to these actions. ZenGrind is a perfect class to experience a cardio pump with a mindful yoga practice; truly in balance.
