How do I reserve a class?
First of all, welcome to Cyclegrind! Second, go to Class Schedule and sign up to create a free account. Then find the perfect class and time for you. After that, we have many packages to choose from.
I’m a beginner, what class should I start with?
Our classes are perfect for all fitness levels! We are here to push you, but we also encourage you to listen to your body. If you are unable to do a certain move, don’t do it! If you need to take a break, take it! Our motto is YOUR CLASS-YOUR WAY.
If you’re new to spin, please arrive 10-15 minutes early and let the instructor know. They would love to get you set up and comfortable on the bike for the ride of your life!
How far in advance can I book a class?
You can reserve a class up to 2 weeks in advance.
What if I’m on the waitlist?
When you attempt to reserve a class that is full, the system will ask if you would like to be put on the wait list. If you answer "yes", you will receive an email if a spot opens up and you will automatically be added to that class. Be sure to cancel, or inform us if you cannot attend so your account won't be charged.
What is the cancellation policy?
Please cancel at least 4 hours in advance or you will lose your class. Unlimited monthly members and 2 week unlimited members will be charged a $10 late cancellation fee. Cancellations can be done in your profile under your account. We apologize but there are no exceptions. Walk-ins can attend any class if space is available.
